Aims to facilitate the efficient, integrated and appropriate delivery of practical measures to alleviate fuel poverty and improve domestic energy efficiency in defined areas. 5 pilot schemes with a three year budget of £7 million from a range of sources. The pilot schemes are continuing and a limited number of other zones have been established. |
