Budget/target/comment	Targets: As far as reasonably practicable, the majority of households living in social sector housing removed from fuel poverty by 2010. As far as reasonably practicable, no household in Britain should be living in fuel poverty by 2016-18. Substantially increase the number of vulnerable private-sector households living in decent homes by 2010. Budget of £620 million over the period 2005/06 to 2007/08 (including the £140 million for Warm Front).
