Low income rate by fixed threshold

Graph 1: Fixed 2005 threshold
The low-income threshold used in the graph is a household income below 60% of the 2005 national, median household income before deducting housing costs. All household incomes are after taxes have been deducted and after adjustment (‘equivalisation’) for household size and composition.
Note that there is not data for either Bulgaria or Romania.
