Poverty rate before social transfers

All the graphs below use the main EU measure of low income, namely a household income below 60% of the contemporary, national, median household income before deducting housing costs.  All household incomes are before social transfers (e.g. taxes) but after adjustment ('equivalisation') for household size and composition.
